It’s an old stone mediterranean house located in the center of Brela. Completely renovated. The house is just 50 meters away from the sea in a quiet area among old houses.

The house has foor floors and two entrances. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a bathroom with WC and shower cabin. A living room with easy folding sofa is located on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms with additional WC and a balcony on the second and third floors.

The space
Our house is an old mediterranean house located in the center of Brela. We completely renovated it few years ago.

The house has 4 floors and a charming panoramic view on the sea from the last floor.

Guest access
The house has 4 floors and 2 separate entrances (from the ground floor and from the first floor by stairs). There is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a bathroom with WC and a shower cabin. A living room with easy folding sofa is located on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms with additional WC and a balcony on the second and on the third floor.

Other things to note
We can provide baby bed, baby chair, kid’s toilet pad and baby stroller for our youngest guest comfort!

We also provide for all guests Apple TV, Julius Meinl coffee machine with coffee capsules.

the sea coast and the best Brela beaches with pine trees. All restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries , pharmacy and ect are also just 100 m away from the house.

At the same time the house is located in a quiet area among old houses which are mostly belong to private persons and don’t host too many guest in a high season.
