This was an extension of a previous reservation which is an indication of how flexible and accommodating Gianni is. We were waiting to close on our house and had to extend our reservation, then when we finally got the exact date, we shortened our reservation again. Through all of this, Gianni was flexible and helpful. Thanks again for everything!
My daughter and I really enjoyed the apartment. We are staying for a few more days, but we were here as a transition apartment during a move to Cheyenne. The location is wonderful allowing us to take advantage of the park as well as get to know the downtown areas of Cheyenne. Gianni was a great host and checked with us to make sure our needs were met. He went above and beyond for us! The apartment was comfortable and roomy. We really liked calling this our first "home" as we arrived in Cheyenne. Thanks!
This was my first time using airbnb. Gianni was extremely helpful and I actually contacted him throughout my stay for advice on places to see, restaurant suggestions, etc. The place was perfect and much cozier and practical than a hotel. I was very happy with my stay!
Great apartment in a great location on a nice tree-lined street just a few blocks from the center of downtown. Clean and just as advertised. I'd definitely stay here again.

The military brought this east coast boy, his military wife and two puppies to Cheyenne. Gianni loved his time in Cheyenne and took up hunting, snowboarding, and home renovation. Even though the military has sent them on to new adventures, they continue to own their Cheyenne home and enjoy renting it out to great folks passing through.
Gianni works from home and is happy to chat with you about the house or questions related to Cheyenne. Be careful what you ask for though ... he's a talker!
