The space
"La Mignola" is a country house set on the family farm "Azienda Agricola Cosimo Fumarola" . Nestled in the heart of the Apulian countryside, this cozy holiday home features one bedroom with an in-room Jacuzzi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, WiFi, an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a living room with sofabed and one bathroom. Outside is the courtyard with its spacious patio, barbecue, a private swimming pool and lounge area – the perfect place to soak up the sunshine during summer days.

In total the 50m2 villa offers space for up to 2 adults and 2 children who can sleep in an extra bed and on the sofabed in the living room. The perfect retreat for a family holiday or a romantic getaway.

HEATED POOL in spring and autumn

The heated pool service will be guaranteed only with favourable weather conditions. So it will be 100% confirmed and agreed with the host a few days before the arrival.

In order to guarantee the proper functioning of the swimming pool heating system, the heated pool opening times are usually from 08.00am to 09.00pm, unless otherwise requested and agreed by the guests with the host during their stay.
