The company, which produces and sells extra virgin olive oil, is located on a small hill and enjoys a full view. Immersed in the green of the olive groves and the large garden, the property offers exclusive guests the swimming pool (12x6), the BBQ area with fireplace, table and chairs, the outdoor wood-burning oven, mountain bike and parking. The old stone farmhouse of the 17th century offers three independent apartments of different sizes and types (total of 13 people).
The space

Located 5 km from Amelia, the oldest city of Umbria, Podere Agrituristico Luchiano is on a hill 450 meters above sea level and enjoys a full view of the surrounding hills full of oak trees, olive groves, vineyards and fields.
Surrounded by the vast garden and the olive grove of about 2000 plants, the typical Umbrian farmhouse is characterized by the large barn made of handmade bricks, unique in its kind in the entire Umbrian territory, used, until a few decades ago, for the beating of wheat, which ended with a great country feast.

Podere Agrituristico Luchiano is a typical Umbrian farmhouse of 600 square meters., dating back to the second half of the seventeenth century, finely renovated in exposed stone and transformed into a cozy country residence furnished with antique furniture. Characteristic of the farmhouse is the external central staircase that leads to a loggia from which you can access the two apartments on the first floor. A common feature of all the apartments is the renovated ceilings, keeping intact the original structure in exposed wooden beams and sandblasted tiles.
