First airbnb experience and Jeddy was not only a perfect host; but his penthouse view literally put me in awe. Perfect modern clean place and will definitely return, thanks Jeddy!
Jeddy is as top drawer as his place. Clean and Convenient with phenomenal views and large format fotos of the Big Apple. Jeddy is a role model for hosts, and an excellent conversationalist. Highly recommended!
Jeddy was easy to work with, pretty courteous and accommodating. The room was relatively ok for a quick nigh stay, dark carpet, closet had some of home owners personal junk and the mattress was soft as an ice cream. If you need a reasonably priced student apartment room around UT Austin, this is your place.
What a phenomenal experience! I cannot say enough positive things about my recent (and first airbnb) stay at the Penthouse. The accommodations are wonderful, I stayed in the guest suite and the bed was amazing. The Penthouse was very clean and was very central to everything. Uber is very accessible here and a $4 ride gets you to the capitol building.
The view from the balcony is breath-taking. From it you can see a good majority of the Austin skyline, including the UT stadium.
Jeddy was about the best of hosts one can have. From the moment I arrived I was treated like an old friend. I was traveling alone, and he happily guided me around his beautiful. On the opposite end, there was a family staying in the master bedroom and they were afforded privacy throughout their stay. Jeddy will accommodate you in every way possible.
This was a perfect stay. Perfect location, accommodation and host. I'll certainly be back!
Our first airbnb experience was a positive one. Jeddy provided a comfortable stay for us during our recent Austin trip as well as some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We had our own private bedroom and bathroom which were immaculate. The price was listed incorrectly ($65 when the actual room cost was $120/night due to different pricing for weekends), but we figured out in after some back and forth with our host. We loved the view from his 21st floor apartment and were sad to not have any extra time to hang out on the terrace with a glass of wine. We were locked out of the bathroom during the first day and Jeddy was patient and supportive as we all figured out a way to get the door to open. It seemed like it wasn’t the first time this had happened, based on how blunt the knob and the nail inside the door knob appeared from repeated prior trials. This might be something for guests to pay extra attention to during their stay. My guess is that the lock was half way stuck when I closed the door and it then locked itself. We had to scratch one thing on our to do list for the day because of this little mishap. One negative experience was the message we received from our host during the night prior to our arrival asking if we were OK if three gentlemen crashed in the living room for the night. After finding out that we would be sharing the bathroom (the airbnb deal included our own private bathroom), we stated that we weren’t OK with this last minute change in plans to which our host was fine and made alternate arrangements for his other guests. Although it worked out in the end, it did cause a little stir hours before we boarded our flight to Austin. It turned out that he also rented the master bedroom and slept in the living room (this would have been nice to know before hand). Although this did not affect us much, the entry of the additional guests into the apartment around midnight was pretty loud and woke us up. The door to the apartment was right in front of our room, and the entry and conversions made it a bit noisy for us to fall back asleep. Having the guests themselves in the other bedroom wasn't a bother at all. The only other thing that I would like to mention is the lack of creamer, half-n-half or milk for coffee drinkers. He seemed to be OK with us making coffee for ourselves (coffee was included in the room description), but failed to mention that he was out of milk. It would have saved us time from trying to make coffee on our way out for a morning run. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and our host treated us well. We would definitely recommend Jeddy's airbnb for anyone looking for a...

About the Host, Jeddy
Hi! I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in International Relations & Global Studies. I’m an avid biker and powerlifter, start-up enthusiast, and interior design junkie. When I'm not fine-tuning Airbnb, you'll typically find me speed-listening to Audible, reading non-fiction on Kindle, or geeking out over entrepreneurship or business model design.
I studied abroad in Taiwan (where I was born) for two summers, and I'm planning a 3-week Asia trip this September that will also take me to Paris, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai. Airbnb brings the world to my door, and now I'm excited to bring myself to other doors throughout the world.
I have lived in dozens of places, so I truly believe I offer the experience you’re looking for. I want my guests to share my love for this amazing city, and to find belonging in a home away from home. Let my 7+ years of experience at UT be your key to navigating Austin like a local.
I deeply believe in investing in quality. My philosophy guides how I host, so I approach Airbnb as an art and a science. Travel is more than just being in another place, and Airbnb is more than just a place to stay. My goal is to be a professional host, but my priority is to give you a real human experience!
