This is a busy and popular listing and there's good reason-- it's gorgeous and in an awesome location! This apartment is sunny, spacious, and a block from Prospect Park. If you're headed into the city, you can be in midtown in 25 minutes. You may prefer to just walk to a nearby restaurant or head over to the Botanic Gardens or the fabulous Brooklyn museum. Both are very nearby and wonderful places to visit.
Fresh linens and towels will be provided for your stay and if you're staying longer than a week, a cleaning service will as well. The apartment has wireless internet and is easily accessible by 4 major train lines. If you know Brooklyn - you know this is a huge plus!
An elevator building means it's easy to access this spacious city retreat during your visit. There's lots of street parking, always easy to find a spot!
If I'm in town when you're here, I'd love to help you find your way around the city and would even be happy to share a dinner or two. If you need help with anything, just let me know and I'll be right on it!
I look forward to meeting you soon!

This place is great. Close to everything and the apartment had everything we needed including awesome space to enjoy meals. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds. Close to the Botanical Garden, Library, plenty of places to eat and have cocktails. There's a supermarket around the corner from the block that made it easy to bring things in. I'd stay here again without hesitation.
My friend and I stayed at Molly's apartment for a week in October. The place was easy to find and only 5 mins walk from the red and green express lines into Manhattan (30mins or so). The surrounding area certainly wasn't top Manhattan quality but we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The apartment itself was very nice, clean and well stocked with fresh sheets and towels. Overall 7/10 for location, 8/10 apartment.
We spent 9 nights in this Brooklyn appartment. Our overall experience was positive: hosts (Molly and Aja) were extremely pleasant and friendly, the appartment was spacious and had all the essential facilities, transport to and from the neighbourhood was convenient. But the appartment did not quite live up to our expectations based on the photos on Airbnb where it was depicted as bright, modern and airy. In reality it was an older, darker appartment with a worn look about it. The windows looked out onto backyards which did not allow much light into the rooms. The appartment itself was comfortable but we just didn't find it cosy.
But thanks and praise to Molly and Aja for their sightseeing and transport tips for NY in general and Brooklyn in particular.
Four family members stayed at Molly's place while in town for my wedding. The apartment is very elegant and arranging checking in and out with Molly was a breeze. The building is a half block away from the Botanic Garden's Washington Avenue entrance and very close to Eastern Parkway, making it a very nice location for visitors to Brooklyn. The only drawbacks were my sister needed to use a hair dryer in the bathroom, which has no outlet, so I lent her an extension cord and one of my nephews had a hard time sleeping on a futon. But I don't imagine those are factors for most visitors. Overall, a great experience and I was grateful to have my family stay in such a clean and comfortable apartment in such a convenient location.
Don't hesitate to rent from Molly. What an incredible gal! I couldn't continue with my booking and she refunded my money in full. Her responses were prompt, understanding and friendly. I hope to rent her apartment another time in the future...
Great apartment in a great neighbourhood! Very easy to get around Brooklyn and nearby beautiful Botanical Garden.
Great place, easy access to the subway and all that BK has to offer. Overall a great experience! Thanks Molly!
Perfect spot in Brooklyn! Super easy access from the subway, in a residential area, next to Prospect Park. Lovely clean place, great rooms, a nice living room and very helpful hosts. Thanks to Molly and Aja, we got brunch at Tom's (10min walk) as recommended and was awesome!!!
Molly and Aja were very accommodating with our late check-in. A good spot to be able to checkout Brooklyn!
Molly and her friend Aja were very kind and helpful. We were a little disappointed though because the apparment isn't as charming, clean and comfortable as it looks on the pictures. It was enough for what we needed accommodation for but nevertheless, I expected more. The heating system in the apparment is quite annoying and noisy. It always started at around 5.30 am to whistle. The neighbourhood isn't very interesting and a little intimidating.
