This 7 bedroom house is situated on a hill with a beautiful view of the ocean from every balcony and the infinity pool. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens with a man-made waterfall. We have a private on-site bar, a large pavilion, and we are located less than a five minute walk from the beach, restaurants and a lively nightlife. Ocean View Paradise in Rincon is the perfect place for your next wedding, family reunion, bachelorette party, retreat or group getaway!
The space
This 7 bedroom house is made of three floors with separate entrances. Each floor has their own balcony, living room and kitchen with all the basics. The first floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom, the second floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and the third floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second floor has a balcony with an outdoor dining table and seating for the entire house along with amazing ocean views. The common area includes the infinity pool on the first floor, on-site bar, outdoor shower, BBQ gas grill, hammocks event pavilion and seating areas. The outdoor staircase leading from the infinity pool down to the event pavilion is picturesque - great for weddings or Instagram moments.
You will be only a three minute walk to one of the best beaches in Rincon, Sandy Beach, and the famous seaside restaurant Tamboo Bar & Grill. You can sit on the beach and have your food or drinks delivered right to your chair! We have beach chairs available for your use.You are also within walking distance to several other restaurants, bars and small grocery store.
We provide beach chairs for our guests. Gated, on-site parking is available for up to 8 cars. SUVs and Pickups in the driveway only. Not accessible by low profile cars.

If you are arriving in the midnight hours and would like to check in the night before we can offer you an early check in fee of $50. This option is based on availability, please confirm as soon as possible.

Rincón, Puerto Rico
Puntas is a safe and friendly neighborhood. I, and many of the locals, enjoy walks to yoga on the beach, picking up a healthy shake near the ocean, and searching for sea glass. Visitors to the area are interested in surfing, yoga, snorkeling, and spending time with friends and families on the beach. During high season (December - April) the nightlife is much busier and many local spots have live music. Other times of the year the neighborhood is much quieter.
