The 850sf space basement is finished loft-style with exposed brick and interesting architecture. It's decorated in an eclectic style with unique antiques, a deep chocolate leather sectional, and 75 inch flat screen TV. Netflix and high speed wifi are available. Sleep in a comfy, queen bed. Slumber on the extra deep sofa. Pick a patio to enjoy the symphonies of nature, watch deer playing along the creek. An iridescent green hummingbird visits daily. He reminds me that this place is special.

The space
Conveniently located walking distance to Southpark Mall and biking distance to the PGA tournament in May at Quail Hollow Golf Club, the property backs up to Little Hope Creek, a magical meeting place for a variety of wildlife including many types of birds, owls, deer, raccoons, feral cats, chipmunks, squirrels and even a turtle was spotted. This is a great place to stay offering opportunities for hiking or dirt biking the trails in the woods. You can bike the greenway to downtown Charlotte or Pineville, SC. Check out is 9 am for cleaning. Check in as early as 3 pm. Unfortunately, the Hideaway is not wheelchair accessible.

Neighborhood highlights

Off the beaten path but close to everything. We are 7 miles to Douglas international airport and you can walk to restaurants on Monford or my favorite, Portofino's. Also waking distance to grocery stores, Park Rd shopping center and Little Sugar Creek greenway and 1.5 miles to SouthPark mall. Take the greenway to Park Rd Park or Freedom Park. There are many dirt bike trails through the woods that are also great for hiking. You can walk to Marion Dehl rec center for an indoor swim or shoot hoops. Take the light rail to downtown Charlotte and explore!
