An attached guest house 1 bedroom/ 1 bath home offers large windows to take in close up Red Rock views, skylights, wide hallway, cathedral ceiling . The Master Suite has oversized jetted tub to soak in with Two decks and backyard to enjoy the panoramic views.
The house features a saltwater lap pool(not heated) to cool off and relax the body (pool is not heated). Walk off from the house to some of the best hiking and biking trails. This house is built following Feng Shui principles.
275 degree of Sedona's Iconic RED ROCK views, views of Bell Rock, Courthouse, two Nuns, Cathedral Rock view. Down the block is the famous Chapel of the Holy cross. In the evening, you can see magnificent Milky Way and trillion stars from the living room and decks at night.
Serene outdoor backyard which you can do meditation. You will deeply appreciate this house and the wonders it offers. Soak in the non heated salt water pool. It is so refreshing like a cool river and allow the suns heat warm you up. All brand new high end bed linens, towels and furnitures. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, makeup removal cotton pads, Q-tips and hair dryers are provided in each en-suite bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked.

*The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Respect our neighbors and neighborhood* if you are looking to play a loud music or make a lot of noise outdoors this house is not the right fit.
*All guests shall obey all local and state laws during their stay.
*Absolutely no business conducted on the property
*Absolutely no parties.
*NO SMOKING, No pets, No drugs, No LOUD MUSIC.
*This is a retreat house for a couple or friends or a family.
*Maximum number of guests is 2.
*1 vehicles maximum(no exceptions),no ATVs, RVs, trailers.
*No one else allowed in the house other than 2 guests who booked.
*Make sure all the doors to the outside are closed so no wild life
enters house.
*No diving in the pool or leaving food outside for safety reason.
*Damage and stains will incur additional fees.
*Pool maintained every Thursday. Maintenance only works outside the house.
