I always wish to help my guests make the most out of their stay in Rome, so, there is only a few rules at my apartment.
Other guests might not be happy smelling cigarettes ( or worse, sigars ! ) in the apartment, so my guests are asked to avoid smoking indoors.
But do not worry, the tarrace is a perfect spot for smoking.
If another party is arriving on your departure date, I will need you to leave the apartment no later than 11am. This will give me time to make the place ready for my next guests.
If you will spend a few more hours in Rome, before heading to the airport/station, you might leave your luggage at the apartment and collect it later ( as long as your "later" is before the next party arrival time ).
If no party is arriving on your check-out day, then a late check-out won't be a problem at all.
The building where my place is located is mainly occupied by families, so loud music and parties might be an issue.
Strict rules are not my style, anyway.
Trust and confidence do the trick, instead.
Perfect! Everything was according to description and pictures. Location is perfect and we can't imagine a cozier and better place to stay when in Rome. Thank you for everything Elisa!
Elisa did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The flat is just as we had hoped, and just as described: it is quiet, attractive, and comfortable and in a very desirable location. Elisa provided very good suggestions about local amenities and attractions. Elisa also made great efforts to help us when our flight back to London was canceled and we had to find a place to stay for an extra day. We were completely satisfied with our stay.
We had a great time at Elisa's apartment. The location is fabolous - in the middle of Rome! You can basically walk everywhere and the Metro station is not far either. The apartment is nice; you will find everything you need. The spacious balcony is sunny and quiet. We can definitely recommend the apartment!
Just back from a fantastic long weekend in Rome in this brilliant apartment. From initial contact with Elisa communication was great loads of suggestions and ideas for our trip. We didn't get to meet Elisa but her friend meet us at the apartment with a warm welcome and showed us around. Throughout our stay Elisa contacted us by txt to check if we needed anything.
Elisa is a truly wonderful host and we had an amazing time at her apartment in Rome. Before our arrival she was extremely helpful in passing on information such as places to see, good restaurants and some excellent local tips. One of the restaurants she recommended, da Tonino, we particularly enjoyed. Upon our arrival she met us at the Metro station and guided us to her apartment, which was greatly appreciated. She supplied chocolates and some items for breakfast which was great. During our stay she kept us informed of local events that we might be interested in attending. Finally, she met us on our departure. As you can probably work out, Elisa is an extremely thorough host and also a fantastic person. The apartment itself is in a great location and is perfect for a stay in Rome. The Internet is fast, bed is comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. It even has a collection of CDs and a stereo - we found an old Nick Cave CD which we loved coming from Australia. Thanks for a great stay Elisa - highly recommend.
