Bright, clean & spacious basement suite located in a quiet neighbourhood. Great location, close to UNBC, Pine Centre Mall, Hospital. Parking in driveway for your convenience.

The space
Wifi is available, and the smart TV is set up with a Netflix account ready to watch. There is also a blue ray player available. Laundry is not included in the suite rental. Long term stays can arrange for a weekly cleaning if desired, for a fee.

There is parking for your vehicle in the driveway, along the fence.

There is no smoking in the suite. Also, if you need to smoke, please refrain from smoking in the stairwell.
