Bus 11 from outside the front door to town or Waverley railway station, taxi to airport 20 mins.
The Bus costs £1.50 per journey and the correct change is required. A day-pass is available for all routes, all day, for £3.50.
Edinburgh is linked by a good regular train service to all other cities in Scotland and from around the UK. Travel to and from Edinburgh Airport is easily done by a City/Airport bus link. This costs £7 return and takes you directly to Waverley Bridge in the city centre.
A taxi from there to the house costs around £6 or local buses 11, 7 or 14 are every 10 mins too.

It was perfect place to stay!
Thanks a lot for everything Deanna!
The flat was great, tidy and very comfy for a group of 4 people. The neighbouhood has everything close (supermarkets, shops, pubs,...) and it's only a 15-20min walk from the historical center.
Deanna, even though we haven't met her, was a great host! The fridge was full of breakfast food, and there even was a bottle champagne for us to celebrate New Years'!
I highly recomend Deanna's flat, we had a perfect stay.

We had a great time in Edinburgh during the Fringe and Deannes place was all as described. It's a good place for a couple. Taxis are cheap and take only 7 minutes to the center. Thanks for the event suggestions, short bread and wine. Would stay here again.
Deanna is a great host, who is always responsive and helpful. We particularly loved the home made granola. The view from kitchen is stunning. This lovely place would keep you indoors all day despite your outing plans. Thanks Deanna and all the very best.
Highly recommend to people who plan to visit Edinburgh! We can't wait to come back.
I can highly recommend Deanna's appartment for a group of 4-5 people. Its kitchen is big and equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. The living room is very comfortable and a great place to relax. The bus takes about 15 minutes to get you to city center.
Deanna was always helpful and so a great host!
A very comfortable and welcoming flat where we were made to feel at home. Being away from the bustle of the city centre, the flat is nice and quiet but it is only a short bus ride to the centre from right outside the front door. Highly recommended.
Deanna is a great host. Her flat is just beautiful with a magnificent view from the dining table. Her recommendations for pubs and restaurants was great with a couple of must-sees. A definite recommendation.
