The space
Located on a historic 10-acre estate with access to an additional 33 acres of open fields and wooded trails, The Garden Cottage offers a true Hudson Valley escape, under two hours from NYC. Guests also have access to a beautifully restored schoolhouse for yoga and meditation and a full gym.

Tucked beside the historic main farmhouse, The Garden Cottage at Picardy Farms offers a cozy blend of rustic charm and refined comfort.

This property is under an hour away from some wonderful upstate activities. Just under an hour from Catamount Ski Resort and Mohawk Mountain. Guests also enjoy Nearby Horseback Riding adventures all year round. Among our favorites are Active Riding Trips and Circle G Ranch, both under an hour away as well.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to their reserved home (The Farm House, Garden Cottage, Barn). All bookings include access to the 10-acre historic farm property and the adjacent 33-acre preserve with walking trails and Catskill Mountain views.

Guests may also enjoy the dedicated yoga and meditation studio, full gym, and peaceful outdoor spaces. Access to wellness services and add-ons is available upon request.

We'd love to enhance your stay and are happy to coordinate a private chef, massage therapy, breathwork or yoga instruction, personal training, and housekeeping upon request.
