Incredible views of Lake Superior, Canal Park, and the Aerial Lift Bridge. 4 bdrm/3 bath, fully furnished penthouse with two FREE parking passes for lot next to the building. The Borealis House is located on Superior St. in Downtown Duluth with a pedestrian bridge path and garden directly behind the building connecting you to Canal Park and the Duluth Lake Walk. All rooms are on one level with elevator access - except the rooftop sunroom and deck.

The space
An open and accommodating penthouse with a rooftop deck and four season room overlooking Lake Superior and Canal Park. Roof top deck provides a great space to enjoy a sunny Duluth day and your favorite beverage. Except for the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck, the rest of condo is all one level with elevator entry - NO stairs! The condo has been completely redone (2019) and all furnishings and appliances are brand new. This unit is 100% dedicated to AirBnB stays so you never have the feel that you're staying in someone else's home. This is a top floor unit and has a private and secure elevator to the suite. 2 rooms have King beds, one room has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has a full bed and twin bed.

Guest access
The Borealis House is the entire 3rd floor of a completely renovated, historic Duluth building. Guests will have the entire 3rd floor plus the rooftop sunroom/patio to themselves.

Neighborhood highlights

Possibly the best spot in all of Duluth! Easy walking distance to The Greysolon Ballroom, Duluth Trading Co, and Fitgers Brewhouse. A pedestrian bridge brings you directly to the shores of Lake Superior the Lake Walk and Canal Park within a couple of minutes upon leaving your front door. Blacklist Brewery has moved only a block away and is one of the only breweries known to have active axe throwing lanes inside its taproom! Duluth's Best Bread Bakery is located on the first floor and fills the building with wonderful aromas. Fon-du-luth Casino is located across Superior St. and the NorShore Theater is kitty corner from the building. Multiple eateries and coffee shops are nearby as well.
