Welcome to Millhouse 254, a spacious and thoughtfully updated home originally built to house local mill workers. Today, it serves as your perfect retreat, blending historical charm with modern comforts for families, large groups, and those with limited mobility.

The main level features a bright, open-plan layout. The stunning, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for creating memorable meals, which can be enjoyed at the large dining table that seats 10. Nearby, an air hockey table and a collection of board games provide endless entertainment. The first-floor primary suite offers a private and quiet escape, featuring a king bed and an accessible bathroom with 3-foot doors.

Upstairs, you'll find four more comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom with a relaxing tub/shower combo. Outside, your private oasis awaits with a relaxing front porch, a seasonal gas fire pit, and a year-round hot tub.

* **Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter supply of essential paper goods and soaps. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
* **Winter Stays:** For your convenience and safety during winter months, our driveway and steps are professionally plowed and sanded after storms. A snow shovel and salt are also available for your use. We may need to contact you to coordinate moving vehicles to allow the plow service to clear the driveway completely.

There is limited cell service in this area. AT&T customers have better service, but none for Verizon.

The home is located across the street from a closed industrial cotton mill and nearby treatment facility.
