Relax & enjoy the delightful facilities at my famous home known as ‘The Harry Potter’ House.
Pretty courtyard garden, open fire, private sitting room. Delicious breakfasts served up to 11.00 at weekends. 2 Very comfy 4 poster beds and roll top baths.
Toast marshmallows & crumpets over the fire. Wander round the beautiful shops and dine in award winning restaurants. Lots of things to do and places to visit. During midweek, breakfasts may be served at the Great House restaurant at no extra cost.

The space
TWO four poster bedrooms, listed separately, both with en suite bathrooms, TV, super fast wifi internet access, private guest sitting room with log fire and courtyard garden. Secure off street parking.

Please note that BOTH rooms are listed separately on Airbnb and you will need to check on page two of their listings to find one.

We provide a full English breakfast, a vegetarian option is available too, (taken in the Dining Room of the main wing of the House). Sadly not suitable for pets, children under 18 or those with mobility problems due to the age and layout of the house

The owers live in the main house and love talking about its history and that of our amazing village. We also have guide books, leaflets, maps and guide books guests can borrow and offer suggestions of where to visit and eat both in the village and the surrounding countryside

We have two rooms available to book but these are listed separately on Airbnb. You may need to check the second page to find the other room.
We offer a vegetarian option for breakfast as well as the traditional meat full English.

We are in a village that has a stunning medieval Church and Guildhall. There are several excellent restaurants, interesting craft and antique shops, tea rooms, a butchers, bakers, three grocers, a spa, several beauty therapists and hairdressers. Two Museums, several Art Galleries , tennis courts in the village and four golf courses within 25 minutes. In the market town of Sudbury there is a public swimming pool. We are close to the historical and shopping centres of Bury St Edmunds, the wool towns of West Suffolk, Newmarket races and National Stud. Roman Colchester and the famous university town of Cambridge. The village is easily accessed from Stanstead Airport or by rail terminus from London
