House in the heart of Arcachon composed of 3 bedrooms upstairs with renovated bathroom + toilet. Air conditioning upstairs. A large living room with a separate kitchen on the ground floor. Terrace and indoor courtyard with barbecue. Only a 10-minute walk to Arcachon Beach, the city center and the train station.
