Great location
90% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
Recently restored 1940s gem!! Meticulously maintained quintessential Portland.

Hand-picked designer vintage furniture, contemporary art, oak floors, heat & A/C. Kitchen updated w/Viking stove & custom island. French doors to the professionally landscaped, privately fenced backyard w/ BBQ (Note: Hot Tub permanently out of service). Unbeatable location: very walkable/bike-able to restaurants, bars, markets, Adidas HQ, & accessible to all Portland has to offer! 15 mins to PDX; 10 mins to downtown.

The space
This home is perfect for up to 5 guests who are respectful of the neighbors and the home. It is not a party house in any way, and is not appropriate for heavy alcohol or drug use, wild parties, or unaccompanied minors. We do not permit smoking including marijuana on the premises.

The home is located in a suburban neighborhood and guests are expected to behave as such. This is not a party house and there are neighborhood noise restrictions after 9pm. We strive to be eco-friendly and expect our guests to participate in recycling and turning off lights and appliances when not in use. If your group cannot be counted on as being good neighbors or eco-friendly, please do not place a reservation with us.

Walking distance to Adidas offices!

Where you’ll be

Portland, Oregon, United States

Overlook is very pretty, feels safe and has old growth trees that line many of the streets. It's a wonderful area with beautifully improved homes and neighborhoods.

This area offers a secluded feeling, but still extremely convenient access to other local neighborhoods and the Max light rail train. Local businesses thrive here - a few standouts are Old Gold, Blend Coffee, Miho Sushi & Izakaya, Backyard Social, and The Overlook House. If you want shop like a local, head to New Seasons Market and Fred Meyer, and also check out the retail, vintage shops, and restaurant areas on nearby Belmont St. & Hawthorne Blvd., just a short drive away.

Overlook offers very "bikeable" access to downtown Portland, great mass transit options via light rail and bus and is about a 5 minute drive to downtown Portland.
