The space
The house is made of 2 parts: an "original" part (built in 1938) visible from the road, and a "recent" part visible from the end of the driveway.
In the original part lives Chiara, whereas the recent part is reserved to our guests and is made of 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen.
The house is surrounded by our olive trees, among which the kids will find a soccer field!

The farmhouse is located on one of the low green hills from where you can enjoy a wonderful sight of Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and the whole plain.
In the little village Cantalupo (2 km downhill) there are a pharmacy and a supermarket.
Closer to the house there are a farm-to-table bakery, two famous wineries open to the public, a traditional olive oil mill also to be visited, and a runway for balloon: in the early morning in spring and summer, looking from the windows of the house, in case you are not willing to fly , you can watch the balloon swell up and quietly take off!
3 km away you will find the place of the preaching to the birds by St Francis of Assisi (Edicola Piandarca).
24 km away there is Umbria International Airport "San Francesco d'Assisi".
