The recently renovated 35m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator in a private residence that will be renovated on the façade from October.
It is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen ( microwave , induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine)
a convertible sofa of 140, bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer, bedroom with a bed of 140, wall cupboard.
A spacious entrance with a wall cupboard ( plancha, iron, clothes stretcher…)
The apartment has a large terrace of 11 m2 overlooking an open view.
it has a private parking space.
LAUNDRY and CLEANING ARE NOT INCLUDED.
For your comfort we offer a linen rental for the price of 30€/double bed.
CLEANING IS MANDATORY and PAYABLE upon arrival AT the RATE OF €40.

A deposit of €500 per check will be required upon arrival and returned upon departure if the apartment is in its original condition.

Covid-19 hygiene measure.
In accordance with the Covid-19 plan and for compliance with health measures, we will make every effort to ensure that health safety is as safe as possible.
As a result :
The exit cleaning is mandatory for the price of 40€ and it will be settled at the key exchange.

Arrivals will be from 1pm.
Exits must take place before 10 a.m. so that we can respect the aeration time between rentals and make a complete disinfection of the accommodation before the arrival of each tenant.
Garbage bags should be discarded and not replaced.
Sponges used during your stay must be disposed of upon checkout.
For any order of bed linen:
The sheets will be made available to you on each bed, no bed will be made by us, mattresses and pillows and duvets will be systematically disinfected between each rental the payment will be made at the handover of the keys.
Before your departure :
It is essential that you have washed and stored all the dishes in very hot water, emptied the refrigerator as well as the freezer.
Sheets, towels, rugs, tea towels must be put in a plastic bag closed on the floor and at the entrance of the accommodation.
All paper documents must be removed .
