The space

Take in the quiet, serene atmosphere of this wonderfully updated home. It has a warm, comfortable feel with all the amenities to make your stay pleasurable. For your furry friend, the un-landscaped, fenced back yard is accessible with a custom doggie-door from the master bedroom. The home is only blocks away from a dog-friendly beach (Bristlecone Beach).

There is a King bed in the downstairs bedroom. Upstairs, there is a Cal-King Bed in the main bedroom and the third smaller bedroom is equipped with a full bed and a cubby twin (great for kids). PLEASE NOTE, THERE ARE STEEP NARROW STEPS TO OUR SECOND FLOOR.
The bathroom is located on the main floor.

There are endless trails for hiking and biking just steps from the house. Enjoy the bountiful wildflowers in the botanical preserve meadow facing this charming home. Beach access and public boat ramps are blocks away.

Because we truly believe this is one of Tahoe's finest hidden gems of a location, we live right around the corner. We are available should you need any assistance; however, home is privately situated one street away.

Lake Forest is a hidden treasure! Conveniently situated on the lakeside of the highway, the community encompasses some of the best hidden secret beaches of Tahoe, while appreciating close proximity to town, the lake, and bike path.

A little under 2 miles from the heart of Tahoe City, you can walk, bike, or take the (URL HIDDEN) need to drive!
Plenty of easy parking available on-site, year round. Boat parking available, as well, for an additional $15.00 night with approval

Maximum occupancy is 7 (children included). Rates are for double occupancy; $25/night for each additional guest. (Children under 2 years of age excluded from additional fee)

Pets: DOGS ONLY $75 Pet fee per dog. PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. PLEASE SHARE INFO ABOUT YOUR PET WHEN MAKING AN INQUIRY (AGE, BREED, CRATE-TRAINED, ANY OTHER PERTINENT INFO). You must agree to NO PETS ON FURNITURE.

While we appreciate you letting us know of items that may need attention, we do not offer refunds for anything that doesn't directly relate to the practical and usability of the house. Thank you in advance for self-managing any small item that may need an extra wipe-down, like a crumb in the kitchen or a missed cobweb, etc...simply part of living in a mountain home.
