Welcome to Studio B! We are proud to offer our private studio nestled in the heart of Southeast Portland. Inside you will find accommodations designed to help our guests recharge and prepare for a full day exploring our beautiful city. Studio B offers a great landing point for where you want to be on your visit to PDX with close proximity to hotspots such as SE Clinton & Division St. Downtown is really accessible with light rail services nearby or a 5 minute UBER.

The space
The space is completely private from the rest of the house, It includes a queen sized bed, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

All of our guests enjoy fresh, clean linens with every reservation! All of our linens and towels are professional cleaned offsite with our laundry service provider. We have a $5 linens fee that is included with your cleaning fee.

Please note the following items before booking:
-There is no AC in the unit, we do provide box fans to help generate some air flow!
-The owners and their dog (who is really quiet and friendly) live upstairs and you may hear them from time to time. They do their best to keep noise levels at a minimum and not disturb your getaway.
-There is no tv in the unit
-The fire pit in the backyard is not available for guest use.

Virtual Check-In:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require guests to complete a virtual check-in process within 48 hours of booking, which includes signing a rental agreement and submitting a government issued ID. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until this is completed.

Once completed, you'll have access to our digital guidebook with complete check-in instructions and local recommendations.

Damage Waiver:
Your reservation total will include a $50 damage waiver fee. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage up to $500 that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained just let us know!
