The space
Lovely home by the ocean. It's quiet and charming yet very close to downtown: 10 mins by bus (bus stop across the street, with several other lines a 5 minute walk away) or 7 mins by car. That said, you can access everything you need (groceries, coffee shops + restaurants, parks, rec center, farmer's market, and more without leaving our "bubble" within a 5 minute walk)

This 1 bedroom in-law suite is perfect for small families, couples, or individuals. This suite has 1 bedroom (queen bed) as well as a pull-out couch in the main living space, with laundry + dryer in the full bathroom and a fully appointed kitchen.

This house is located in the beautiful Saxe Point Park area of Victoria. The park, a 5 minute away, has breathtaking views of the sea and the Olympic Mountains of Washington State, and the occasional orca sighting.

Perfectly located with all amenities and activities -- rec center + pool + gym + splash park, library, restaurants/coffee shops, groceries, and the top rated farmer's market in BC in 2017 -- all within a 5 minute walk.
