When asked. I'm friendly and available to help if needed. My dogs interact with guests, and will greet them joyously.

Other Things to Note
Pittsburgh is single stream recycling. All recyclables (plastic 1-5, glass, aluminum, cardboard) goes into blue bags, for pick up every other week. I have a small compost area and compostables can be added to that.
No smoking, no drugs.
Keep the noise down.
Clean up after yourself in kitchen and bathroom, and anywhere else.
Respect the privacy of others.
Don't tease the dogs.
Ruth was very considerate and wonder lady. I loved the dogs she has. The place was as described and we had a wonderful stay. She is always willing to help and try to make the stay comfortable.Great place.
I'm a former Pittsburgh resident who was in town visiting relatives. My booking was a little last-minute, and Ruth got back to me right away, which was much appreciated. Listing is 100% accurate. Room and bed were both comfortable. I had some work to do Saturday morning, so having a little "home office" in the room was great, and the wi-fi was solid.
Can't recommend highly enough. Ruth is an amazing host, so friendly and welcoming. The dogs are so cute. The house is really nice. Thank you Ruth :)
Ruth is very friendly and welcoming! The apartment itself is a snug little top-floor space, and the house is in a great neighborhood just outside of Pittsburgh proper, with walking access to several decent restaurants and convenient to several bus stops.
The top floor can get a little bit warm in summer, but an air conditioner and a fan combine to keep it very pleasant if you need them. Ruth's dogs are friendly and omnipresent—you _will_ encounter them on your way in and out, and you _will_ hear them sometimes while you're home. Again, they're very friendly, but if you don't like dogs, this may be a sticking point for you.
Everything in the description is accurate. Overall I've had a great experience staying here and would strongly recommend it!
Ruth was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and is private from the rest of the house.
