Adorable neat, clean, bright studio in the Marina district. Quiet room facing courtyard (not street), in a safe, walkable neighborhood.
One block from the water with the most beautiful views of the Bay and Golden Gate Bridge, and one block from trendy Chestnut Street shopping, restaurants, bars, and movie theaters. Conveniently located for a longer stay with grocery and drug stores only two blocks away. Public transportation very close, with major bus lines running two blocks away. Walkable to the Palace of Fine Arts, Fillmore and Union Street shopping, the Presidio, Fort Mason, Fisherman's Wharf, and Russian Hill.
Linens and towels are provided with your stay. WiFi and Apple TV. Laundry machines on-site. We can discuss the use of my garage parking spot for an additional cost if necessary.
I travel quite frequently, so would prefer someone who wants to stay for the entirety of the time I am gone (sometimes up to 20 days).
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for looking!!
Megan's home was clean, comfortable and bright. She was a wonderful host and the location is perfect for exploring the city.

Megan's apartment was a dream, the place was clean and welcoming. She even stocked the fridge! I would highly recommend staying here, and Megan as a host, 5 stars!
We had a great experience staying at Megan's apartment for two weeks recently. It was cozy, comfortable, well-decorated, and very clean. The apartment had everything we needed and we used the kitchen a couple times to cook (no dishwasher though). Convenient location near Chestnut St (lots of dining and shopping) and two blocks from an express bus that takes you downtown. It's also two blocks from the waterfront and running/biking paths. We'd stay again!

Overall a very good value for money.
Location is very convenient to Marina places, either amenities or shops. It is not perfect if you stay downtown/Market/SoMa, however public transportation is efficient.
Apartment is an authentic Airbnb place, i.e. it is really lived by the owner. This means fully furnitured and with owner's stuff distributed all over, in the closets, drawers, compatments, fridge,...
Apartment is stylish (more for women than men) and almost perfectly mantained.
Only couple of minuses:
- microwave oven is not installed
- electric sockets are scarse and you should have multiple plugs if you use to bring some electronic devices.
I did not meet Megan but we have some prompt interaction before and during my stay: she is very kind and helpful thus making me feel great.
the studio of megan in the marina is a nice small place in a very comfortable and quite neighberhood. very closed to the water and the golden gate bridge.
megan sent me some very helpful information and instructions in advance, so every thing was easy to handle
