Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
Stay in a historic home in old town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. In the process of remodeling, we have found many historic items of earlier days - an old shoe & many small items that are on display. Within walking distance of downtown. Be apart of history.

Location

Steamboat Springs, Colorado, United States

The Spruce Nest is on the edge of Old Town on the last block of Spruce St. A hiking/biking trail is nearby, following Butcher Knife Creek for a short distance. The home was built in 1907 and remodeled in 2019. We kept the original home intact, but added and entry, master bedroom and bath and powder bath/laundry. Located in a residential neighborhood, It is in a quiet and secure location. A bus stop one half block away can take you in town or to the ski mountain.
