Powderhaus is a corner unit condo with a two-car garage accessed with a code. Entrance to the condo is via a door keypad - codes and check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival. Parking passes, Wifi information and access to the pool, sauna and laundry facilities are all found in the welcome book upon arrival.

The garage height clearance is 6’ 10”. There are two spaces in the garage, separated by a pole in the middle. The spaces measure 18’8” X 8’8” and 15’10” X 8’2”.

Other things to note
Sleeps 6 with the queen pullout sofa bed. The garage fits 2 small to medium vehicles. The right side fits a Toyota Tacoma access cab. The left side is a little smaller and will only fit a car or small truck. The two spots in the garage measure 18’8” X 8’8” and 15’10” X 8’2”. Garage clearance is 6’10”. There are also 2 parking spots outside that will fit any size vehicle.
