There is a laundry room in the back of the building. Plenty of public parking next to the building (and around). One of the few units with front view to the terrace. There is a baby bed in case you want to come with little kids
I live abroad. I'll leave instructions for automatic key pick up and drop off.
South Beach's finest! (Michigan & Lincoln).
This is where the beautiful people live, where the action happens. Close to shops, clubs, beach, bikes, restaurant.
Vibrant community. Very close to antique markets too.
Public transportation is available less than 2 blocks away from the building. On top of that, the Deco Bike stations are less than 2 blocks away from the unit.
From the airport, take a cab (15mins) or bus (30mins).
Place is open for short, mid and long term rentals
Rodrigos place is absolutely incredible! The location was spot on and he was very helpful the days leading up to the trip. I will absolutely stay there again. There is one bed, one sectional sofa, and an air mattress so plenty have room to sleep. You can walk everywhere but if we do bring a car there are plenty of meters and public parking right on the street. Have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place, absolutely heavenly!
I can't say enough good things about Rodrigo and his apartment. Rodrigo was responsive from beginning to end and offered great suggestions. The apartment is a great find in South Beach. Exactly one block from Lincoln Rd, a ten minute walk from South Beach and a 15 minute walk from Ocean Drive, you really can't beat the location. The apt is very clean and furnished well with anything you need for a vacation stay. Not sure why we rented a car but we did and parking was easy but about $20-30 a day. Given the location of Rodrigo's apt, I'd opt not to rent a car next time we stay.
Great experience! The unit was even better than what we expected, clean, modern, convenient and everything we needed was available! We were next to Lincoln road (a lot of restaurants and stores) and the beach was a few blocks away. We didnt see Rodrigo but he was a great host, very nice and always available to answer our questions. I definitely recommend this apartment!
Rodrigo is such a great host. He kept in contact from the moment we booked, to the day we checked out. His responses were quick and addressed everything we needed for our stay. He made sure we had everything we had and that we were comfortable and didn't need anything else. The condo itself was amazing! So well kept, recently remodeled, super clean, had everything we needed and more! Everything was very comfy and we felt at home. The neighborhood was nothing short of perfect! We were 1 block away from Lincoln drive, hundreds of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and a few blocks from the beach. We couldn't have asked for anything better.
Great experience! Really nice apartment, with everything you need! It's really great located to all the good shops, restaurants and near the beach. I would recommend it to everyone and I would absolutley stay there again. Good parking right outside the apt all the time.
They place/room was very nice. However, the building you walk into looks a bit shady. It looked like a crackhouse or brothel to us. BUT, once you actually get into the room it was very nice. The room looks EXACTLY like the pictures. There is only one bathroom (which you should know already) and it may be troublesome sharing it with 3 other people so keep that in mind. The room was A LOT SMALLER than what we expected. There is a bed, couch, and an air mattress in the closet. As we walked in, the floors were very sticky and our feet got dirtied pretty quickly if we didn't wear shoes. You might want to bring some indoor slippers/flipflops in case. The kitchen was fully furnished. There were pots, pans, oil, plates, and cups. There was not any dish wash soap, but there was soap for the dishwasher. That might have been on purpose, not sure. We used the dishwasher and it's pretty loud since the room is so tiny. The bathroom had travel size toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, towels. There is a Whole Foods a few blocks away if you ever needed anything, but it's pretty pricey. VERY IMPORTANT! PARKING IS A PAIN IN THE ASS. Be ready to pay quite a bit for parking and the towing people tow on the dot! We paid total of $90 for parking. There is a parking garage on 17th street and that seemed like it was the cheapest. Make sure you do your research on parking beforehand (because we were not aware of this!). We did call Rodrigo for some assistance (had to call a few times before he answered) and he recommended the one on 17th also. We did not meet with him or see him at all. We did not speak with him much since there were no problems or questions. There are two air conditioning units and the air may not circulate very well. There is one in the bedroom and one in the common area/living room BEHIND THE COUCH. There are NO CURTAINS, so you will know when the sun rises! My friend slept in the bedroom and she said it got really hot once the sun rose. Also, the walls are VERY THIN! You can hear people going in and out (the room is by the front door of the building). The internet and TV were nice. I think the internet did go out once, but we just reset it. The beach is about a 15-20 minute walk and the mall is right down the street. I listed what you need to watch out for so you can learn from our mistakes. Overall, the stay was comfortable and everything (grocery stores, CVS, Starbucks, the beach, mall) was within reach. Good location.
Great apartment, perfect location. We had a nice time. Rodrigo was very helpful and a great host!
