  • We stayed at Devon's house for an early summer vacation trip to Asbury Park and we loved it.
The house is beautifully appointed, spacious and inviting. Having an entire floor as our private master bedroom and bath is such a luxury! The back porch (not pictured here, sadly) - complete with a full-size picnic table and fully operational gas grill - is really the cherry on top of an already wonderful place. We were able to grill every night and invited friends over for dinners on the porch after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is perfectly well-stocked for anyone interested in cooking in.
All told - we had a great time and love-love-loved having this wonderful house to return to each evening.

Oh! One last thing - we're recommending a car. The bicycles are lovely, but we were very glad we'd chosen to bring a rental car as we used it quite a lot.

  • We had a great stay at Devon's place! She was very accommodating in answering questions leading up to the trip, and the house was super cute and exactly as advertised. Lots of amenities and space so that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other.

While it is more year round residential than a lot of beach towns, there are still a lot of things to do and each in the town of Asbury as well, and everything is within walking distance (under a mile). Some really cute restaurants (we tried Porta for pizza and Taka for sushi) and spots to hang out along the beach.

    Thanks Devon!

  • This is one of those magic places where you feel both at home and on vacation right away. It is a beautiful well-appointed space with just enough room for an asbury getaway. I had an incredible time and loved being able to sit on the porch at night or bike to the beach down the street. The house has everything you need and it as light and airy as the picture shows. I wish I was still there. It is just a great place to stay.

  • As I write this, there is a photo of the master bedroom to my left. Sigh. It was such a lovely and comfortable house! We had a grand time in Asbury Park and wouldn't hesitate recommending Devon's house there. Just one caveat: the smaller bedroom, downstairs, has no door! There was a curtain but the duo sharing the room were a little perplexed and concerned about privacy. Other than that, all was well. The renting process was as easy as could be and Devon was on-the-spot with her responses to my questions. I'm only sorry that I likely won't have reason to visit Asbury Park again (I live in Oregon) and stay in this house.

  • Our short time in Asbury Park was made perfect by this wonderful place to stay. Strikingly decorated, plenty of room to stretch, out and the fireplace was a welcome treat on a cool spring evening. The walk to the boardwalk was nice (we made the round trip on foot twice in the same day) and it was fun to see all the different houses along First Avenue. Thank you for offering this great spot!

  • This is an awesome place to stay in Asbury Park. Devon responds to messages quickly and is very accommodating. There's plenty of space for four adults to sleep and even more to hang out. It's filled with light and warmth in the winter, and I'm sure it's even better in the summer. I have family in the area, so I'm sure I'll be back for more fun trips.

  • A really lovely space and a great experience. We were very cozy and didn't lack for anything. Visited Asbury Park on a chilly weekend and the gas fireplace was an awesome unexpected perk. Kitchen was very well stocked with tools and basics for cooking. Best for a couple who is going to share the BEAUTIFUL upstairs/loft bedroom. Definitely interested in coming back.

  • Devon's place is great. It was clean, spacious and sweet. The kitchen was neat and orderly. I even found some espresso in the freezer and a stovetop espresso maker in the cabinet! Perfect! Devon was quick to get back to me and the arrangements for the rental were made easily. We will definitely be back in the summer!
