Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home located in quiet neighborhood. Wonderful location with views of Sauk Lake. NEW carpet, siding, shingles, windows, water heater, refrigerator, washer and dryer along with updated insulation and fresh paint. The newly developed SplashPad is a half a mile down the road across from the Sinclair Lewis Campground along with Lake Wobegon Trail. Fairy Lake Beach is located 3 miles north.
