THE SPACE
Immediately upon walking in at ground level, guests enter a foyer with a double height atrium to the garden level and access to two double bedrooms and a full bath. The open plan space below contains the kitchen, dining and living area connected to the landscaped patio garden by floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. Clever design and large windows throughout the house connect the inside and outside space making it a comfortable, airy, and cozy space to call your home away from home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with complementary guest essentials (including coffee and tea, sparkling water and a welcome bottle of wine) and the 4-burner gas stove and marble island makes cooking a breeze (assuming guests would even want to cook with all the amazing food options nearby!). Through the kitchen, you'll find the washer and dryer which guests are more than welcome to use during their stay (eco-friendly detergent provided) and a second half bath The spacious living and dining room accommodates a Smart TV and unique collectors dvd library and comics and books for your enjoyment.
The two upstairs bedrooms overlook the garden and are well appointed, both with comfortable queen size beds. The full bathroom is also fully equipped with complementary toiletries, hairdrier etc.

Parking can be arranged for an additional fee but you really don’t need a car in San Francisco!
Children of all ages welcome and babysitting available.
Guests will have full access to the back patio, kitchen, living room/dining and in-unit washer/dryer!
Knowing that guests prefer their privacy, I try to be as accommodating to that as possible while always being available should guests have any questions during their stay.
Nestled between Nob Hill and Russian Hill, take an easy walk from here to Fisherman’s Wharf, Union Square, and the Financial District. North Beach and Chinatown are also close, while the cable car and buses put the rest of the city within easy reach.

The garden is accessible from the living room and is screened from neighbors but please be respectful as we have an urban location and it is a quiet neigborhood.
