The Walnut Creek Retreat is nestled in between Boyd and Decatur on 7.5 Acres of private, serene landscape. The lodging is our completely renovated guest house located just to the rear of our main residence. The location is perfect whether you’re looking to get away for a peaceful retreat or be close to the action at the Texas Motor Speedway.

Let your worries slip away. Breathe in the fresh air, enjoy coffee on the back porch, and settle in to relax for a while.

The space
Walnut Creek features and amenities:
The guest house has an open floor plan. When you walk in the front door you will see the living/dining area and kitchen. To the right of the front door is the spacious bedroom containing a queen size bed and lounge chair.
The kitchen is complete with electric oven and range, dishes, cookware, microwave, refrigerator.
Coffee maker with creamer and sugar provided along with assorted coffees and hot chocolate.
Bathroom has a walk in shower and removable hand held shower head.
Private back porch.
TV with Hulu and Netflix access.
Adjustable A/C and heat.
Eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion.

We are right in between Boyd and Decatur. Decatur town square is only a 15 minute drive where you will find shopping, restaurants and small town hospitality. Texas Motor Speedway is a 20 minute drive. Downtown Fort Worth is a 30 minute commute.
