I apologise for the late response for check in since I was in London during your stay.
For the check in, my partner Mr Kieth Yiu told me he has helped you to checked in. And I thought the check in was all settled, that's why I didn't reply the check in questions.
For the instructions to call, I am SURE the instruction to call the local manager is in Chinese and English, which the instuction was made by me.
And the working hour for the doorman and front desk which is from 9:30am - 12:00am, which I have written it clearly on the instuctions at the entrance. Your check in time is 5pm - 7pm as you requested, I think the 9:30am thing didn't affect your check in procedure.
