About this listing
This beautiful, comfortable, tastefully furnished cabin is right on the slopes of Tamarack Ski Resort, and is true ski-in and ski-out. Our place has all you will need for a great vacation; a luxurious memory foam bed, beautiful furniture throughout, a gas fireplace, well-furnished kitchen, 42" TV with DVD and Internet TV that includes Sling TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, wireless internet, private hot tub, and a deck right on the slopes. There are books to read, DVDs to watch, and music for the Bose radio/CD. On one side are views of the mountain and its slopes, while off in the distance on the other side are views of the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness Area. A short walk to the Osprey Lodge gives you access to the outdoor swimming pool in the summer, as well as its workout room, steam room, spa, and a restaurant and bar. That same short walk will also take you to the Osprey Meadows Golf Course.
The cabin has a downstairs master bedroom with a king size memory foam bed and private bath with a soaker tub, while the upstairs bedroom has two twin beds, plus a full-size futon couch and it's own bathroom, as well as a walk-in closet giving you plenty of storage space. The deck has great views, with a gas grill and your own private hot tub overlooking the slopes.
Tamarack Resort is your gateway to adventure. The resort has won multiple accolades, including Ski magazine's Best of the Blues, as well as a ranking of #3 in the nation for its cross-country skiing by USA Today. The Robert Trent Jones' designed golf course was awarded America's Best New Public Golf Course by Golf Digest for 2006. With prices for a round of golf ranging from $37 to $62 (cart included), it is affordable, as well. For bikers and hikers, Tamarack has 30 miles of IMBA-designed trails that cross open meadows and forested slopes, and begin adjacent to the cabin. For the adrenalin-rush seeker, there is an on-mountain zip line covering 4,475 feet with a 1,700 vertical drop.
This is a great place to be for adventure, and to unwind.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, their is a legal battle going on between the two entities that own the golf course, spa, fitness center and pool. Until further notice, those places, as well as Morels Restaurant are not open. We are hopeful that this will change, but it is unknown when.

My husband and I stayed in this cabin for 3 nights in August 2015. Before arriving we were sent an email with very helpful instructions and tips. We were able to take our cat who had just gotten out of the hospital and needed some quiet time just like we did. The area was not very busy. There was a small market nearby with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to family and friends! Thank you, Mitch!
Great place with excellent access to mountain bike trails. Everything was just as written in the listing. Great floor plan with a nice kitchen for cooking meals.
This spot is AMAZING! We didn't want to come home and are already planning our next trip! The cabin is just a very short jaunt to the lodge, there is an abundance of trails out the back door and amazing views out every window. The cabin is the epitome of comfortable, is very clean and provided plenty of room to cook a great meal and relax on the back deck. Mitch was very responsive from the very beginning and went above and beyond to make sure all details were covered. Thanks Mitch! Looking forward to our next stay!
My family and I had the BEST time in Mitch's home! We were sad in fact to leave. He was extremely responsive, the home was well stocked sand the area was beautiful. We'd go back in a heartbeat!!
Fabulous cabin and great service from our host. We enjoyed proximity to hiking, sledding and the cabin itself was well appointed and comfortable. Mitch was a terrific host. He was proactive and thorough and answered our questions promptly. We'd definitely stay again at this cabin.
The Cabin was in a very clean and orderly disposition, with nearly every amenity necessary for a relaxed, mountain stay. It's situation near Osprey Lodge, Osprey Meadows, Tamarak Resort, and numerous walking/biking/biking trails, make it an ideal place for an outdoor family get away. We are already planning our next trip through Mitch...Thanks Again!!!
