A unique completely remodeled historic 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of character and charm and all the amenities of a modern home. Located on the corner of Line and Van Buren you can enjoy views of downtown out of the second story windows. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries and a local brewery. The space has a theme of Wizard of Oz and we challenge you to find the hidden gems. It is located on the second floor, no elevator.

The space
There are neighbors located across the hallway from the apartment and we respectfully ask to abide by the noise ordinance and personal belongings be kept in the apartment and not kept in hallway at anytime. This space is not child-proofed and we do not offer a crib, so plan accordingly if traveling with small children. Pets are allowed, but we ask that you are respectful of the room due to the historic significance of this building. We offer a furnished kitchen with all the utensils needed for cooking and eating.

The apt entrance opens to the single bedroom with 2 beds, 1 full and 1 queen. The bathroom is off the bedroom. There is a pocket door into the living room space with a sofa bed available for a total of 3 beds. The living, dining and kitchen are a shared open space.

Other things to note
The stairway to the second floor is historic and there is not an elevator available.

Running Around screen printing on the first floor is an Amazon Hub. If you need deliveries during your stay. Pick up will be business hours and your item will remain secure while you're away.

Our local coffee shop called Brew'ha is a staple of our downtown as they offer much more than just a cup of joe with vegan, sugar free and gluten free food options. Columbia City offers a variety of restaurants and shopping all within a few blocks radius. We recommend Big G's for breakfast, The Nook for lunch and The Square for dinner.
