Check In
  • Nico was very gracious, replies right away when we message him and asked if we need something else to make our stay more desirable. His place was awesome we didn't want to leave our last day there, we liked it a lot. It's near the train station and there's a van within the area that can bring you there or you can request for a taxi from the guards outside the building. There is a 7eleven a short walk away which is very convenient and a few eateries and cafes as well. It's a peaceful place to stay. We will definitely go back and stay there again and I recommend his place to you guys looking for a place to stay in while in Bangkok.

  • Nicolas is an organized and responsive host and the check in process was smooth and easy.

The apartment complex has 24/7 security on site, probably the safest place I have ever stayed while traveling. Interior was very modern, spacious and well designed. A desk was included which was great for me since I work while traveling.

There are restaurants and stores in the complex, so shopping for essentials is really easy and convenient. When you want to go to downtown Bangkok there is a shuttle which will take you to the nearest Metro station (About 5 minute drive) for less than a dollar so getting around was very easy.

When you need a taxi, there are doormen available to call on for you at every building.

There is an athletic club on site with a pool and gym available for a very reasonable membership fee.

The Wifi is fast and reliable.

Overall, a fantastic stay and one of my most pleasant experiences with Airbnb to date.

  • Wow, what a gem! Both the apartment and Nicolas. Having come to BKK for many years on business, I have found this place to be outstanding value. It is located away from the fumes, heat, congestion and red lights of central BKK, in a new, enclosed residential area where Thailand’s up and coming middle-class families live. The 8-storey apartment blocs are set in various compounds around a small landscaped lake with a fountain, an integrated swimming-pool, a gym and a coffee shop. There are also a 7-11 and a few food stalls for immediate needs. A mini-bus takes you to/ picks you up from the BTS Sky Train, BKK’s most reliable and modern means of public transport, in about 7 minutes for about €/$ 50 cents, every half hour 6:00-noon and (phone number hidden). From there, it takes about 20 minutes into the city centre. Alternatively, there are always taxis dropping passengers off inside the compound and only too happy to pick you up on their way back. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and perfectly equipped with top-end-quality materials. And Nicolas - what can you say about the man that would do him justice? A global citizen in the best sense, a superb communicator, always there when needed whilst at the same time completely respectful of privacy. He stopped by the apartment once, on New Year’s, with a box of chocolate. Simply wow. Thank You Nicolas!

  • We were very pleased with our stay. The place is in very good condition and Nicholas was a great host. We will stay here again the next time we're in Bangkok. Overall, this place is a great value.

There is filtered water for sale in front of the building which is very convenient. It's very cheap at about 1 baht per liter.

    The Internet worked very well.

The street food vendor in front of the condo complex cooks good food. A vegetarian dish of stir-fry vegetables on rice was about 35 baht ($1.)

The BTS (sky train) in Bangkok is a good way to get around. To get to the nearest BTS station, we took a taxi for about 60 baht (less than $2.)

We took a taxi from airport, paid about 500 baht, and got caught in rush-hour traffic. We should have taken the airport link (city line) to the Phaya Thai BTS station and from there, the BTS to Wongwian Yai (change lines at Siam), then a taxi to "Metropark". It would have been cheaper and faster.

  • Metro Park is a paradise not too far from the center of Bangkok. The apartment is brand new, the place is well secured, quite and everyone are very friendly. There is an amazing pool and lake, gym, sauna, coffee shop, restaurants and 7 ELEVEN. Nicolas is a great host, patient and made sure that the apartment has everything needed and more. Taxi to central areas costs less than $5, or $2 to the nearest train station. I stayed there for a month and enjoyed the place.
