I created a passive solar tiny house, with tons of south facing windows & beautiful mountain views. It's located just 4 miles from downtown Marshall & it is about 20-25 mins. from both Asheville & Hot Springs. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby which include horseback riding, rafting/paddling on the French Broad River, zip-lining, hiking (we have more details in the host guidebook). Come enjoy a nice peaceful stay in this modern tiny home surrounded by greenery.

The space
This is a unique custom built modern tiny house in the woods. It has 250 sq. ft. of floor space, plus 2 spacious sleeping lofts. The lofts are tall enough to stand up in when you reach the top of the stairs, and then you would need to bend down to get into the beds as the ceiling slopes towards the head. There are curtains in both of the lofts that you can pull across for more privacy and coziness, there are no doors or total sound privacy in the sleeping areas. There are two operable windows in each loft that can be used for air circulation. The ceiling in the middle of the main area slopes from 11 to 14 feet in height, which makes the space feels way more airy and spacious. The lofts are carpeted and should be accessed with bare or socked feet, while the main area is entirely tiled, we ask that you remove your shoes at the front door to avoid bringing in mud, dirt or gravel. The main deck is 8' deep by 24' long, it enlarges your available hang-out space by almost 50% in comparison to the house. We hope you will take advantage of our beautiful lush surroundings and enjoy some outdoor time.
