This is a quiet and comfortable unit with private entrance and spectacular 180 degree views of St. Martin/St. Maarten. Completed in 2019, the property is modern, safe, well lit, and gated. The apartment is located above our living space so we're available to answer questions or assist as needed!
Additional amenities not in list: Large walk-in in closet with shelves & full length mirror, California King size bed, free beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and coolers available for use.
