  • We had a wonderful time in this apartment. The location is great: in easy walking distance to the city center and nearby access to public transport. The rooms were bright, quiet and had everything we coukd wish to make our stay in. Florence as comfortable as possible. The host, Ulrika, is incredibly kind and was also very accommodating regarding any special requirements. In short, I highly recommend this place for a stay in bella Firenze!

  • The apartment is conveniently located, clean and spacious. Ulrika provided us a lot of local information and useful tips, so we had an enjoyable stay. The only downside of the apartment is that it does not have a washing machine.

  • We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, modern, quiet, great value and very clean with lovely high ceilings. All the furnishings are new and there are plenty of towels, shampoo/shower gel, a kettle/kitchen utensils/fridge/hob etc. The apartment is in a great location. It was a 10 minute nice walk to the main tourist area in Florence, walking past the Boboli Garden, Piazza de Pitti and towards the Ponte Vecchio. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops near the apartment too. There are also plenty of buses which go from just beside the apartment to a variety of locations both within the city or a little further afield- up to Piazzale Michelangelo (bus 12 or 13), towards the centre/train station etc and also to San Gimignano and Siena,
Ulrika is really professional and helpful too, giving plenty of suggestions and she would do anything at all to help you. I highly recommend staying here if in Florence and will definitely return again! Thank you Ulrika.

  • Great appartment! Clean, convenient! Everything was very well organized! There was a beautiful terrace to sit outside which we didn't actually use but it looked great!
Ulrika was a great host, flexible on check in, with recommendations on what to visit in the city, where to have dinner, how to get to the apartment, etc. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends!

  • The Palazzo Vecchio apartment was beautifully organised and (email hidden) was also very clean and had everything you needed for a great stay. We stayed there with our adult daughter and the fact that the appartment had two bathrooms and very well separated two bedrooms was very convenient for us. Ulrika is wonderful. We arrived at 11pm and she was waiting for us. She also left water in the fridge and a few goodies. Ulrika was always available and helpful. Her instructions were very clear and her document about what to do in Florence was really good. The location is very convenient, les than 10 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio and two minutes walk from Porta Romana where you can take buses to most places including beautiful cities like Siena and San Gimigniano. We would recommend this apartment to everyone. Carlos and Rita from Australia

  • Location is great and Ulrika is a very helpful. Definitely worth staying off the tourists main-fare but still be within the walls of the old city, river is 10-15 minutes walk. Apartment is new, modern and clean. There is an elevator which saves energy of dragging luggage up or if you don't want to climb stairs. Terrace is an additional bonus in the evening too.

  • SO glad I read all the reviews about - and then booked - this very modern, convenient and spotless apartment. It was a great choice for 3 of us traveling together. We actually had two separate apartments (each with their own bath) that were connected. Would be a great set up for families. Our apartment had a small kitchen area which was amazingly well thought out and stocked with everything you'd need for light meals. Having a bathtub while traveling is always a plus! And parking was easy and most helpful so we could leave our car at the apartment during the day and ride the bus into the city center for seeing all the sights. The bus stop couldn't be any more convenient - less than a block away. Our host, Ulrika, was lovely and very helpful - the perfect host. We didn't find out until we were ready to check out that there was a large and very inviting terrace out back for all guests to use. I encourage you to find and use it - it's in front of the reception desk on the first level. All in all, the perfect place to stay while exploring beautiful Firenze.
