  • I didn't meet Xenia or Drasco as I arrived with my GF quite late. They did organise for a gentleman named Peter to pick us up at the airport and provide us with a key for €30, which was helpful. The apartment is basic though does the job. Walls are very thin, you can hear all the neighbours "activities".

  • Me and my boyfriend stayed in this lovely little apartment in the El Raval area of Barcelona which is located a short walk to Las Ramblas and also Rambla del Raval which has lovely outdoor seating and is a lot cheaper than the main Rambla. We met with the lovely Denise who let us into the apartment and showed us around and gave great advice on local places to eat etc - we have been to Barcelona a couple of times before so we didn't need to much info. If you look up the El Raval area some people don't like the area but we found it to be a real place with real local people of every mix. We walked around late at night and felt completely safe. The wifi was good which is important to us. Really enjoyed our stay and the hosts are very good at communicating.

  • Xenia's and Drasco's place is well located in the heart of El Raval in Barcelona. The apartment is functional with all the required basic needs and the wi-fi is indeed fast!

  • We had a good time in Barcelona. The appartment was fine, very central situated. Nce bakery downstairs and also nice cafe at the end of the square Libelua.
We didn meet Ksenia and Drasko, but were nicely welcomed by a Swedish girl. Comunication was good, very fast reactions. Also when we reported a broken light.
Only critical remark is that they suggest that the appartment is suited for disabled persons. We think thatś not correct, because except the elevator of course, the appartment is not well equiped for them. For instance to use the shower, you have to step into the bath. and the toilet is too low..
For us the elevator was the most important, so for us it was fine.

    Thank you!

  • The apartment was ok, but El Raval is a very speciefic part of Barcelona, so it's better to choose it for travelling with friends or alone, I think.

  • Bon accueil et hôtes agréables, dans un appartement très bien situé. Il est possible de tout faire à pied.

Xenia: I am originally from Moscow and I moved to Barcelona 4 years ago. I love this city because it's a perfect combination of history, culture and seaside, mountains and beaches, because of its climate (300 sunny days in a year) and because of it's size - it not too small neither too big. I practice Yoga, play beach volley and study german language. I wish all my guests enjoy Barcelona the same way I do, and I since I know Barcelona very well, I can give you good tips on where to eat, go for a shopping, go at night, which sightseeing to visit, and whatever you wish to know about this beautiful city. I speak spanish, english, russian and german. Drasco: I am originally from Serbia, have been living in Barcelona since 2001. I like to play basketball, interested in new technologies and in foreign languages. I know every single street of the Old Town of Barcelona and a vast majority of the other Barcelona neighbourhoods. I like people and I can answer to almost any question regarding your stay in Barcelona. I speak english, swedish, russian, catalan, spanish and serbian. We prefer to travel on our own, to stay at private houses or rooms all over the world because we believe that way we can learn more about a new country, its people, traditions, etc. Our life motto: if you dare to win, you can't lose! :-) You're welcome to stay with us in Barcelona! :-)
