Enjoy a tranquil newly renovated villa on a very central location. Full kitchen and living room with beautiful lake view. Separate master bedroom with two beds and bathroom upstairs. Plush mattresses, fast WiFi and free parking. Clean & quiet villa on a lakeside community, ideal for a family vacation or a business trip to Orlando! Sip a glass of wine on the patio watching the sunset over the lake.

The space
1 BR villa town home with modern design and fully renovated inside. Very Quiet and spacious. All new interior and furniture. Large double stacked windows overlooking the community grounds and the lake. Great for couples, groups, and business travelers alike.

The bedroom consists of 2 full-size beds with luxury 13" memory foam mattresses on the second floor with an adjacent balcony overlooking a great courtyard. Large living room with two big double stacked windows overlooking the gardens and the lake with an exit to a patio and the lakeside walkways. The living room sofa opens to a queen size bed.
Full kitchen with A refrigerator, stove, Microwave, kettle, coffee maker, tableware and more to make you feel as comfortable as possible away from home.
The villa is centrally located on Safe and upscale neighborhood of Orlando between all Orlando's main attractions. Multiple groceries like Whole Foods market, Sprouts, a Walmart Supercenter along with many restaurants and bars are just up the road. Only a few minutes to many major shopping destinations like Orlando Premium Outlets on Vineland Road, the mall at Millennia and more.
The villa is only a 3-minute drive to Orange County Convention Center among other International Drive destinations (about $5-$8 with Uber). A great option for OCCC visitors avoiding the costly convention center hotels while enjoying a large relaxing accommodation on your visit.
Universal Studios theme parks and Volcano Bay water park are 5 minutes away up the road. SeaWorld is also just 5 minutes to the east while Disney Springs is just 10 minutes south. Free parking & easy to get around driving your car or with a rideshare service.

Guests will have access to a fully remodeled private unit with a modern new full kitchen, spacious living room and bedroom, private bathroom, upstairs balcony and a relaxing patio overlooking the gardens lake. Free parking, free Wi-Fi and all you need for relaxing stay.
Laundry facilities are available anytime and operated by a credit card onsite ($2 per wash).
