The house is located in a quiet suburb to the east of Oxford with very easy access to the city centre. The local area has everything you need for a comfortable stay, there are several nearby supermarkets and Templar Square shopping mall , a selection of takeaways and pubs all within very easy walking distance. The delightful Florence Park that you can walk around is very close by and there are some very interesting nice old parish churches in Cowley, Iffley, Sandford and Littlemore which are a little off the beaten tourist track and definitely worth a visit.

Louis was very a very helpful and kind host. He took care of our arrival details by contacting us in advance, gave advice for sights, and even prepared breakfast. The premises were cozy, very tidy and at a very good location (10 min by bus to the city centre; buses run every 10 min, including late times and night buses).
Louis is a fantastic host, very open, friendly and helpful. Louis gave me breakfast and a big cup of black tea with milk every morning. And he also kindly lent me a bicycle for a few days. I absolutely recommend to stay at Louis'.
First off, Louis was a *fantastic* host. He gave us a cup of tea and fig rolls when we got in, showed us around the house, and made us feel really at home and at ease. Secondly, he is excellent at communication, as all our questions were answered quickly with great amount of detail, and it was very much appreciated.
Last but not least, he was incredibly understanding. We had originally booked the room a week earlier, but was unable to go due to horrible weather (we were cycling from London), and he kindly agreed to postpone our booking a week later.
All in all, fabulous stay, and would heartily welcome and encourage all to go there when they can.
Louis is an amazing host. My experience has been a positive and relaxing one. I stayed with Louis for 5 days and it has been really great. I arrange with him to arrive at 5am on Monday morning, which he agreed, and when my taxi arrived he was already expecting me. Everyday he makes breakfast and when I return we have a cup of coffee and watch TV. Louis is a very friendly person, who really makes you feel at home.
The profile description is 100% true.
It is way better than he described in his ad!
I moved to Oxford because of work and stayed with Louis exactly a week. He was always very welcoming and had always a good advice for every issue I had. His home is safe and very clean and he always let me feel to treat his home like mine.
We laughed a lot and I enjoyed my stay at his welcoming place very much.
Louis was very welcoming. He offered me breakfast and hot drinks. He was willing to talk and provide support. I would recommend him without hesitation.
Louis was very welcoming when I arrived after an extremely long flight and bus ride.He had lovely cake and the best, giant cuppa tea poured for me.Thank u Louis!
Louis made me feel at home and as I was extremely tired,he allowed me to rest, with my own key to the front door to come and go as I pleased. The room was clean, warm and cosy.
Louis was friendly and kind, what more could i want.?I had to leave early the next morning and Louis rose and made me another of the best tea and some toast and good old English marmalade..!
