Parking in front is NOT allowed (city will tow your car). Parking is behind Townhome in designated carport. Any additional vehicles can park on the side streets. If you need to unload or load at the front door that is totally fine just as long as you do not park there! Thank you!

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with lots of beautiful trees. Easy walk to the downtown! Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, parks, live theatre, and bars is some of the amenities in walking distance from our home. We can't leave out the beautiful Cumberland river and Marina just down the street with a great park for all ages!
