Rithya was a really nice host, he prepared breafast and the room was with a nice big bed. :-) Everything was clean and nice.
Thanks a lot to you!
Rithya is just the best! So nice and friendly! He made me feel right at home. His place is huge and had a great view and deck. I really enjoyed my time there. You can really walk in any direction and have a great day. He made me feel so welcome! Whats not to like about free toast! I just had the best experience ad I know you will too!
NOT FOR 3 PEOPLE...
First of all, it is important to know that this is only a room in the little Rythia's appartment, and that you will share the kitchen and the dining room with him and his girl-friend. We were lucky because Rythia was away for the weekend so we were on our own.
The location is OK, just 20 min walking from Temple bar, and the flat is well-equipped and nicely furnished. The worst thing in my opinion is that the owner forgot to mention in the ad that one of the beds in an air bed!!!It was really unconfortable and one of us had a terrible backache during all the weekend. It is quite annoying to pay almost 45 eur per person and night and sleep in an air bed. If we had known this before, we would have chosen another place to stay, that's for sure... for this price, you can find better places in Dublin.
There has been some miscommunications:
First of all yes indeed I offer a shared kitchen and dining room. Which is clearly described in the ad. As I offer a private room and not a private flat. But I offer full access to the kitchen and living room.
Second of all, all guests are only sharing the apartment only with me, if I am not away from Dublin.
Thirdly, you mentioned that I forgot to say in my ad that I offered an air-mattress. Please have a look again I clearly mention the following:
"The bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed, closet and desk. A single air mattress is provided if you wish to stay with 3 people at a time."
I would like to advise you to read the ads properly in the future to avoid disappointments.
I am happy you mentioned a positive experience in the private message:
What Aida loved about your listing: The location near the city center and the possibility of using the kitchen and the dining room.
I really enjoyed my stay at Rithya's. He was a fantastic host and welcomed us with breakfast and coffee each morning. When we got there the wifi didn't connect but he fixed the problem by the next day. Being that it was St. Patrick's day weekend, we didn't spend much time in the apartment itself but it was very comfortable and his flat was well equipped for every need, and plenty of offer to help. The apartment was about a 20 minute walk to the Temple Bar area but is very close to Grafton Street if you enjoy doing any (website hidden). Stephen's Green is also a quick walk away and there are nice pubs closer to the apartment, such as Dicey's. I would recommend Rithya's apartment to anyone looking for a nice stay while in Dublin.
Thank you Rithya for making our returning stay in Dublin so wonderful. The apartment was everything as described in your listing and so much more. You have thought of everything to make a persons stay feel like home. The bed was so comfortable I hated getting up in the morning. Location, location, location; Price, price, price. we couldn't have done better on either. You were a gracious and welcoming host. Thank you again.
Great experience, great flat. Just 20 minutes by walking to almost everywhere. The place was really comfortable and tidy. The huge TV screen is awesome.
