Great experience, great flat. Just 20 minutes by walking to almost everywhere. The place was really comfortable and tidy. The huge TV screen is awesome.
We had a great stay at Rithya's place, and although he wasn't there we were made to feel really welcome just by how much he had prepared the flat for our arrival. We had everything we needed, and our late arrival time didn't pose any problems. The location was great for our stay, particularly as we were seeing a concert at the National Concert Hall which was just around the corner! We would definitely recommend Rithya's place to others!
Rithya is a very kind host, he gave us lots of useful information about Dublin we had very good time in Dublin. The room is clean and beautiful pretty good for two people to stay but might be a bit small for three.
The breakfast that Rithya provided us is white bread with many kinds of jam and cereal. As there were only 10 pcs of bread for two days and we have 3 people we finished all the bread in one day.
The location is ok, we walked almost 40-50 min from the place to Guinness storehouse and 30 min to Trinity college.
The host Rithya was a welcoming, helpful and friendly bloke. The flat was clean, organised and tidy and it also gave me an away-from-home homey feeling. I felt the neighbourrhood was very friendly and safe, and the location was convenient - a great pub was just around the corner, and it was a great walk from the flat to most of the city centre's fantastic attractions - the temple bar, the gate theatre, the irish film institute, the photography museum, the national museum, etc. in a nutshell, i had a fantastic time in dublin, and staying at this wonderful flat only made it even more enjoyable and satisfying in all aspects.
We had a very comfortable stay. Great location, easy and quick to get everywhere on foot. We felt very welcome with the help of Rithya's brother. Rithya had also prepared snacks and breakfast for us as well as all other essentials. Would definitely recommend this flat to anyone visiting.
It's a really cosy apartment. It's only a 15min walk to the centre of Dublin. Great apartment. (Nice bed, new kitchen) Rithya was very kind. Thank you for breakfast! We didn't see him a lot because he went on vacation. But we had the whole apartment to ourselves :) Great stay!
