The space
Most of the furniture in the house is antique. Is not a stylish house. Is simple but warm. The place is surrounded by vegetation. Be aware that native animals to the area and the forest live outdoors, including insects. Mosquitoes specifically are almost non-existent since we keep the entire area free of water pools. There is no water heater on the property. Automatic electric generator on the property.

Guest access
Guests enjoy complete privacy on the property. It features two levels, a spacious patio, an outdoor “fogón”, and a large pool shaded by trees.

Other things to note
Puerto Rican Creole breakfast included per night reserved, per guest. You will be given one voucher per person per night to redeem at Añasco Bakery. Five breakfast options, include coffee or hot chocolate. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be redeemed on the reservation dates. Breakfast must be redeem from 6:30am to 11am.

You will be staying in a place surrounded by nature. There's a lot of different animals and insects that live in nature. If you don’t tolerate insects this place isn’t for you. No visits during your stay are allowed. Maximum of 6 guest can stay and have to be registered in the reservation. No water heater in the property or pool. If your stay is more than three nights, probably the pool will require maintenance. We will notify. Automatic electric generator include. There is no Uber or taxi service in our area. It is recommended that you rent a vehicle or arrange with private car services.
