Our private entrance studio basement apartment with a queen bed, sofa, kitchenette, 4d tv, & fiber internet is the perfect home base from which to begin your Portland adventure! We are a block and a half from the MAX train yellow line which can get you downtown in a 1/2 hour, but you won’t need to go far; we are in a great neighborhood! There are great restaurants, bars, & coffee shops a quick walk away. *Note: We only consider guests with reviews/ratings & do not accept 3rd party bookings.*
The space
Walk up our front path, then the left fork to the stairs that will take you to your private entrance with a keypad lock. Inside you will find your completely renovated private studio apartment. It is a cozy vibe with a clean and modern feel. It gets great light through the full glass front door and three additional windows but is easy to darken down at bedtime by closing the louvered shutters on the windows, and the full-length honeycomb blinds at the entry. There is a super comfortable queen bed in the sleeping area, a closet and dresser, and a reading nook stocked with publications that will help you take advantage of Portland. There is a comfortable couch in front of the 4d smart TV with a DVD player and curated DVD library. We have fiber internet, so you can easily stay connected with work, or stream a movie on your laptop. The studio has a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The eating counter also doubles as a desk if you need to get some work done. The bathroom is clean and modern with a spacious walk-in shower. No shared ductwork, the unit's air quality is completely autonomous.

We try to be quiet, I doubt you will hear us much. We will be living above you so you may hear us walking around, and sounds associated with a home's shared plumbing. Our jobs get us up early but we try to be quiet. No parties, no guests outside of the reservation. We only consider guests with reviews and do not accept 3rd party bookings.

Neighborhood highlights
I LOVE OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! It is super chill and lowkey, but with lots to do. There are great places to eat, drink, and get a cup of coffee within a three to six-block walk. A block over there is a great reflexology place you can get a nice foot rub! We are also a 10-minute walk from the Adidas North American headquarters. Here are some places that are close by:
