About this listing
This charming French cottage is located between Montecito, the beach and downtown Santa Barbara. The master bedroom has its own private entrance and opens to a patio. Clean, queen size bed with private bathroom. All the necessities for breakfast.
Native from Normandy in France, I believe I recreated a charming French inspired cottage where people feel good. The energy of this house is positive and lively. The room has a kitchen corner including a microwave, a fridge, coffee pot, and all necessities to have breakfast in the bedroom. The bathroom is is comfortable with 2 sinks and a spacious glass door shower.
The bedroom has an independent entrance in the back of the house. It is very convenient if you want to have privacy. The bedroom has French doors opening on a cozy patio. You can eat outside on the patio if you wish on the small wrought iron cocktail table.
Interaction with Guests
I work full time so I can interact with my guests when I am home. Or not. It is really up to them. I have travelled a lot and I am very opened to all types of ideas and needs.
I love my neighborhood because we have the 3 best food stores from Santa Barbara 6 blocks away: Trader Joe's, Tri County for fresh local produce and fresh market for yummy catered food and higher quality products. The beach is 4 minutes away by car, 10 minutes biking and probably 20 minutes walking. And downtown Santa Barbara is 5 minutes away by car also! Free parking in the neighborhood.
There is a bus stop next to my house bringing you downtown Santa Barbara. Biking is easy in Santa Barbara. I have 2 bikes you can loan if needed.
Other Things to Note
I have 2 great teenagers: Manon & Logan. They have double nationalities: American and French. They are both very active, responsible and well mannered. I also have a gorgeous Black Persian cat named Kai. He might come and visit you!
No smoking house and garden. No parties. Please be quiet and respectful of the environment and the house. There is a laundry room you might want to use if you need to. Please ask me before.
