About this listing
Want the downtown LA experience but don't want the high prices???
Want to stay at a downtown hotel next to a subway stop but can't find one?
Want a stunning city line view while relaxing in a rooftop jacuzzi?
You can do all of that at our STUDIO condo in Downtown LA! While it's in the heart of the urban action, our unit faces inward to a courtyard, so it's very quiet. You will not hear the buses stop at the corner starting at 5 am.
Located across the street from the hugely popular restaurant & lounge, THE PERCH; 1-minute walk to ONYX restaurant, Seven Eleven and Rite Aid; BUZZ delivers home-brewed beer and wines from all over the world to your doorstep (till 1am!); and yards from the Pershing Square Metro subway station. Downtown parking can get expensive and be somewhat of a hassle, but you will be able to park right next door in a public lot for $12/weekday $5/weeknight.

I had a great experience with the apartment. The loft is very spacious and decorated nicely. I loved their rooftop view and pool. Everything on the listing description is accurate, the real experience is even better. Thank you Jeanette and Joe for making me feel welcome.
Große und geräumige Wohnung, zentrale Lage, sehr gute Tipps zum Essen und Trinken in der Nähe
The apartment is convenient located walking distance from many great restaurants and public transportation in downtown L.A. The rooftop is amazing, with a view to The Persch, a great restaurant / bar with live music.
The space was new and clean, comfy bed and spacious bathroom.
You just need to read the instructions Jeanette sends in airbnb reservation, and you are in and out the apartment at any time. Very easy! Jeanette was kind of enough to check if things were going well!
Thank you so much! I will be back!!!
I couldn't not say better things about this pla
This was an amazing experience! The house was clean and perfectly located. We have had everything that we required. Perfect location as well! Definitely going back!
Great location, especially if you don't intend to use a car. The rooftop swimming pool is not to be missed both for the views and for the surreal experience of sunbathing high above the city. Downtown LA is full of things to do and this apartment is a good base for that. The hosts' tips were very useful and much appreciated.
The apartment itself is spacious and clean; it does not get a lot of natural light - all the more incentive to hit the pool or the town.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
The apartment was spacious and as described. The rooftop pool was beautiful, especially at night!
Jeanette and Joe were very welcoming and checked in to make sure everything was going ok. The apartment was located in an extremely convenient location, close to everything in downtown. The studio was huge and very clean. I would have liked the lighting to be brighter, especially given that there was not a lot of natural light, but everything else about the apartment was great.
