CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: If property is re-rented to another party, at the same rate, for the same period, all monies will be refunded less 10% transaction fee. Our stay with Louis & Lisa was very enjoyable and we would definitely do so again. Checking and communication was quick/easy and the unit itself was better than advertised. A huge bonus was the proximity to Light Rail and Cal-Train which made transport around the area very easy.
The home was great. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in Mt View.
The house is clean and pretty inside. This location is not as fabulous as some of Louis and Lisa's other properties, but if you need a clean, comfortable space to stay, it's a great option.
This place is nice for a family but most important is that Lisa and her group are very professional and ready to answer when any problems or specific needs shows up.
The house was great and clean. And the host was very flexible with check in.
